We finished up reading Act 3 today. Two words we talked about: cuckold and circumstantial evidence.

Othello is worried that he is becoming a cuckold and complains about a headache (because he’s growing horns).

Iago gives Othello (fake) circumstantial evidence that Desdemona and Cassio are having an affair.

I ran around school today wearing reindeer horns and hugging a giant fish pillow. The things I do to help you guys remember the story!

Lastly, I gave each group an opportunity to ask me a few questions over Othello to try and stump me. So far, no one has been able to give me a question that I don’t know the answer to – which is different than not being ABLE to answer the question! 😉
