We finished Pygmalion today – make sure you that you turn your “Pyg” questions in the drop box so that I can grade them.

Also, a lot of people are still missing the Dante’s Inferno Reading Guide questions – that’s 40 points, so make sure you get that in!

We took this dialect quiz (this is not an accent quiz on how you pronounce words, but rather what words you actually say).

We also watched a few clips of a video of people talking in a Scottish accent.

What’s really weird about this is that I DID grow up in Saint Louis, but I’ve lived here in Houston for over 20 years. It’s really weird how it figured this out. 🙂
