This is an article about putting young children and teenagers in prison.

1. Do you think the author is for or against putting teenagers in prison?

There is a quote in the article that says “institutionalizing juveniles and branding this as criminal behavior rather than dealing with it as normal behavior wrongly places juveniles in places they should not be.” Do you think that it is normal for boys to have aggressive behavior and fight each other? Or do you think violence is a criminal behavior?
